Old Firm rivals Rangers are now three points clear at the top of the SPL after coming back from a 1-0 deficit to beat Celtic by 3-1 at Parkhead.
Gary Hooper got the scoring underway in first half injury time when he got on the end of a Whittaker header and swept the ball into the net.
Their lead was not to last though, Rangers equalizing from a mistake by Glenn Looven's who diverted a Lafferty knock-on into his own net.
With tempers frayed and the referee losing control of the match, Rangers extended their lead in the 55th minute when a poor clearance from Forster was seized by Naismith, who lobbed the ball to Maurice Edu for an easy volleyed goal.
The game was done-and-dusted in the 67th minute when referee Willie Collum awarded a penalty to Rangers after Broadfoot fell to a Majstorovic challenge. Miller made no mistake and extended the visitor's lead to 3-1.
Neil Lennon was scathing of his side, who gave up the lead to fall to Rangers, saying: "We've given the game away.
"The manner of the goals we conceded is the most disappointing thing. Our mentality to see the game out was poor.
"And that's from experienced players who should know better. We wanted to keep moving the ball and play in their half. We didn't do any of that."
But he also pointed out that there's a lot of season to be played yet: "The difference is only three points. It''s disappointing to lose a home game, it's disappointing to lose an Old Firm game but there's a long way to go in the season and I hope the players learn from this.
"We've got to pick the players up and go on another run. We've got a League Cup game on Wednesday and I''ll be looking for a big performance."
