or, preferably, you can email it direct to

If possible keep your poem to 20 lines. You may choose any subject you like, in any form you like as long as it's original. We look forward to hearing from you.

Louise Jardeaux is the pseudo name of an International poet who sidelines as a Psychotherapist and is a past Poet of the Week on PSH (Poetry Super Highway) and has been published alongside Seamus Heaney, Matthew Sweeney, Knute Skinner, Paul Durcan, Desmond O'Grady, Ileana Malancioiu, Theo Dorgan, Gerald Daw, John Liddy and John W Sexton. Enough said! Don't worry Louise your secret is safe!

My Tuareg

From outside on the patio,
Where maturity has made
Competitiveness redundant,
His voice leaks in through
The study's open window,
Etching a satisfaction deep
Into a part of me
I can neither locate
Nor describe.

I have become so proud
Of the man who is my son
That when this emotion
Kicks in,
Words drift out,
Leaving room for only joy,
And I begin to wonder,
Where did this Ozymandias
Of compassion come from,
This friend I love to listen to.
