Nemo Rangers were one of five clubs to bow out of the All-Ireland SFC Club championship on Sunday.
The Cork side were red-hot favourites to get the better of Limerick champions Drom-Broadford, but the underdogs led 0-4 to 0-2 at the break in their Munster SFC semi-final.
Rangers rallied in the second half, but ultimately went down by 0-7 to 0-6 at the Gaelic Grounds; Garrett Noonan, Seanie Buckley and Michael Reidy hit a brace each for the winners.
There was no surprise in the other semi-final, with Clare winners Kilmurray-Ibrickane 2-6 to 0-4 victors over Galtee Rovers from Tipperary in Quilty.
In Leinster, Mark Vaughan excelled for Kilmacud Crokes, who were 1-11 to 0-7 winners over O'Mahony's of Navan at Parnell Park.
Mark Davoren palmed the ball home for a goal after eight minutes, establishing a lead that Crokes would not let slip after having fallen behind early on.
Pat Burke hit a couple of points to ease Crokes' second-half fears, though that was only a third of Vaughan's total.
The Dubliners will face Offaly champions Rhode, who were too strong for Carlow's Éire Óg, in the Leinster SFC final.
Rhode actually had Shane Sullivan sent off, but it did not stop them from cantering to a 3-9 to 0-4 win at Dr Cullen Park.
In Connacht's decider, Corofin held off Sligo challengers Eastern Harps by 0-11 to 0-6 at Pearse Stadium in Galway.
The Tribesmen were 0-6 to 0-1 ahead at half-time: Alan Burke [0-2], Gary Sice and Alan O'Donovan were on the mark, with the classy Paul Taylor getting Harps' only score.
Taylor and Thomas Cryan both pointed subsequently as their side battled back somewhat, only for Joe Canney to ensure the win with a late Corofin white flag.
