The most Gallic event happened last Saturday at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire.

Mr Xavier de Bustos, President of the French Trade Advisers in Ireland (CCEF), together with Mr Yvon Roe d'Albert, the French Ambassador to Ireland, held a Moulin Rouge Gala Dinner for 280 guests.

MC Joachim Sautter and the famous Miss Clairette group of Can-Can dancers entertained the guests all night long with a magnificent Moulin Rouge Revue!

The Bastille Day event commemorated the friendship and strong bond between France and Ireland and raised funds for the Heart Children Ireland organisation.
